Current Solar Installations

There is one utility scale solar electric installation in Colorado, with the potential for much more. SunEdison Developed an 8.2 MW Solar Array outside of Alamosa Colorado for Xcel Energy. Xcel Energy has signed a contract for an additional 17 MW Solar Array in the same region to be commissioned by the end of 2010.
